  Please share what a typical day for you entails. Do you work? Draw? Spend time with family? Physical therapy?

  Here’s what mine looks like:

  Mornings-

  Shower, make coffee, usual stretch routine, listen to podcasts

  Check in with work: update social media sites and check FA news forum

  Write: Poetry, articles for FA news, or content for book

  Go to gym or see personal trainer for a session

  Afternoon:

  Write MORE

  Run errands

  Clean apartment

  Evening-

  Cook dinner

  Relax with friends/family-go to bed by 11
