      Mental health as a whole is a topic that is often forgotten or looked down upon. Symptoms of living with FA can include having anxiety or depression. It is a critical issue to address right away.

      When experiencing this, it is also important to not only gain physical strength but to gain mental strength by performing exercises to help regulate thoughts, manage emotions and behave productively despite living with Friedreich’s Ataxia.
