Misreading steps on Apple watch or FitBit
@kendall-harvey gave me a great topic to discuss. This if for those who are still ambulatory/mobile. If you have an Apple Watch, FitBit etc and you use a cane, walker, rollater or whatever assistive device, do you notice it does not count your steps? Is this a problem or frustrating?
I didn’t even think about this until Kendall pointed this out but an apple watch is the equivalent of a life alert. If you fall and have no way of getting to the phone or even home alone, this can be the way to alleviate that stress of not being able to reach someone.
