FA and Beer (?)
We all know that drinking alcohol causes greater instability in everyone. In FA patients, that loss of instability seems especially significant…though it is temporary.
I do enjoy drinking moderately… maybe once a month. How about you? Do you drink alcohol or abstain due to FA? What do you drink to unwind?

I don’t drink and I abstain because of FA. I want to start drinking wine though. Any recommendations?.
Water right know is what drink to unwind I know boring right…
