Cold Weather
Now that winter is here, I pay extra attention to how this weather affects my body and symptoms relating to FA. For example, my feet and hands turn purple and I lose feeling in both of them.
Some hacks I use are below:
-if I am inside, I soak my feet in warm water oor run my hands under warm water to get feeling back in them
-if I am outside, I use feet or hand warmers to add heat and stay comfortable.
Do you experience this when there is cold weather? What are some hacks that you use?
