    I recently started taking these CBD Gummies to help me sleep better and consistently throughout the night. They consist of CBD, CBN and valerian root (all benefits to help this process). I definitely see a difference in taking these vs. taking regular CBD gummies.

    Do you take CBD gummies or have other remedies to help you sleep throughout the night?

    CBD causes me anxiety. I have the opposite of what should happen. I understand that this is a rare reaction but want to make people aware.

    Interesting to hear how adding CBN and valerian root made a difference, I’ve been curious if combo formulas are more effective than plain CBD. Sleep’s tricky because what works for one person can totally backfire for another (like what Tina-D mentioned).

    If anyone’s still experimenting, I came across some trip cbd oil reviews that talk about how different blends affect sleep and anxiety. Might be helpful for comparing before trying something new.

      Thank you for the tip and information, Nate! I used to use CBD gummies in the past, but stopped because of the cost and they weren’t as effective for me.

        Totally get that , cost is a big factor, especially when results are hit or miss. Some of those newer blends mix CBD with things like melatonin or adaptogens, but yeah, still a bit of trial and error.
