    It hit me when I graduated high school. My diagnosis was when I was 14 years old. I couldn’t go to college because of lack of income. Working wasn’t even a possibility either unfortunately due to my lack of residency or citizenship in the USA. It’s been tough seeing people you graduated with and are having “normal” lives when I can’t. Thanks to the DACA program I’m not illegal here and that’s màde it easier for me to focus on my health and embrace my journey. Highs and lows but grateful were here.

      Im sorry to hear the troubles of citizenship, Jesus. But, it sounds like everything eventually worked out.
