      In my column this month, I share about how a shift in my perspective can make a huge impact on my daily life. As an FA parent, I can find myself thinking ahead to the future and all the what ifs. This causes unnecessary anxiety about things that I can’t control. When I stop and focus on the present, I can find small things to be grateful for each day. Even when life is challenging, I realize that there are blessings all around me if I stop and notice them. What helps you stay grounded in the present? What are some things you are thankful for?
