  Functional fitness February challenge on Instagram

  Hey everyone! On my Instagram page, I joined forces with my friend Mike over in the United Kingdom to challenge those of us with a Ataxia!

  All were asking is to take a picture or video of you doing any kind of movement and use #FFF21

  We thought this would be a good way to get people motivated to work out as well as showcase how you adapt to certain exercises!
