    Does anyone here wear or have worn a back back bracelet to help with scoliosis?

    My brother who is now 19 years old, also has FA, has been wearing a back brace for years to help with the curvature of his spine. He got confirmation yesterday that he is done wearing the brace because his degree of curve is 35.

    How has your experience been wearing a back brace?

    I had surgery, 3 Harrington Rods, because it was years before my FA diagnosis and my parents didn’t believe in the genetic thing. As far as I know, he should keep getting the curve checked because with FA, muscles get weaker over time.
