Let’s talk about a topic close to my heart – sleep. (Yes, I am lazy.)

I typically sleep pretty regularly – from about 10:45 p.m. – 7:30 a.m., but normally I wake up several times during the night. I don’t get out of bed, but my body wakes up and has trouble falling back to sleep. I also don’t take naps during the day.

What are your sleep patterns? Do you have any difficulty sleeping, and if so, what helps you?

    Please let me know!

Sleep’s never been my strong suit either, same kind of pattern: decent bedtime, early wake-ups, and then just… stuck in limbo until the alarm goes off.

I tried everything from chamomile tea to blue-light blockers. What finally helped was shifting my evening routine and occasionally using a specific strain that someone recommended, stardawg strain. Sounds a bit off-the-wall, but it’s a hybrid that somehow relaxes the body without knocking me out cold. I don’t use it every night, just when I know the sleep struggle’s gonna hit hard.

Everyone’s got a different fix, but that’s mine.

The being stuck in limbo in between is the worst feeling!

Right?? It’s like your body’s still, but your brain’s just pacing laps. That weird half-sleep limbo is the part I dread the most. That’s exactly when I reach for the Stardawg, just enough to break the cycle without leaving me groggy the next day.
