Liver enzymes went way up 1st month. Sent results in to Dr Lynch and he said that’s normal and they should level out. So continued to take them. At the 2nd month bloodwork they were back to normal. See what 3rd month results are. Scheduled to take them next week.

Ditto. My daughter takes it before she even gets out of bed. She takes a Hydroflask full of ice water to bed and then just grabs it in the morning and takes them. This way by the time she decides to get up and about she’s ready to eat.

She hasn’t had cholesterol checked so don’t know.
