    I’m thinking of getting a fitness tracker watch to help keep track of my sleep, activity level, heart rate, etc. Anyone have a type they like? What features are most useful to you?

    I’m a big fan of smartwatches! I have two recommendations:

    1. A FitBit Altima. This one is a great activity/heartrate and even sleep tracker. The pros of this one is that you don’t have to take it off while you sleep and it monitors your sleep patterns. Plus the battery lasts 1.5 weeks. But it has very little function with your phone (calls, texts, emails, etc.)

    2. Apple Watch. This is my personal favorite, because it basically mirrors the function of your iPhone. I typically keep my phone on silent and my watch alerts me when I get a call or text. The cons are the short battery life (1-2 days). While it does monitor your heartrate, it won’t track your sleep.
