Seasons Affecting FA?
As I’m sitting here, waiting for the warmer weather of spring, I am wondering-
Do I prefer spring because I like warmer weather, or does it have to with FA symptoms?
For me, the cold makes symptoms harder to deal with, but maybe warmer weather is harder for you?
What do you think about the changing seasons and their effect on FA?

The hot weather for me sucks because I can’t even do any exercise and I sweat with little movement. I live in southern California and it’s no joke in the summertime but springtime it’s nice.
