  • How did FA change your social life?

    When I am making plans to see family or friends, I need to make sure that I get rest before and after to help manage my fatigue. I have also learned that it’s okay to say “no” and to listen to my body when I am feeling too tired and not up for it.

    How did FA change your social life? Do you make any adaptations or modifications when it comes to your social life?

    Learning to say no without feeling guilty is huge. It took me a long time to get here, but it’s the only way to survive.

    FA definitely made my social life smaller but more intentional. I plan less and rest more, and I don’t push through fatigue anymore.

      That’s a great approach! Slowing down and choosing what to put our energy towards is key.
