Thoughts on Design Therapeutics and its Trial of DT-216P2
Design Therapeutics recently started a clinical trial, RESTORE-FA, in Australia to evaluate the safety and tolerability, and pharmacokinetics of DT-216P2 administered at multiple ascending doses in patients with FA.
It is to help raise frataxin levels, with the dosing, and the company believes the initial PK analysis is supportive of DT-216P2’s overall development profile and demonstrates improved exposure over the first-generation formulation.
What are your thoughts on this clinical trial? Would you travel to Australia to participate?
