What FA symptom(s) scare you the most?
Out of all the FA symptoms, cardiomyopathy (heart failure) scares me the most. I think it is because the FA Community has seen too many young children and adults struggle with this.
I try to fight this fear by getting my heart checked regularly (once a year), and by being active in support groups with other patients who are also dealing with grief and loss.
What symptom(s) are your biggest fear, and how do you cope with them?
