New Breakfast Drink – Coffee or No?
After I eat breakfast, my favorite thing to drink is a Coffee energy drink. I drink it not necessarily for the energy, but because I love coffee flavor.
I’ve become scared of the excessive amount of sugar in those drinks. I know that diabetes is common for FAers so I know limiting the amount of sugar intake is beneficial.
What do you think? Should I look into sugarless coffee energy drinks, try just coffee, or avoid coffee entirely? What do you think?
