I live in Manchester, England, UK with my other half Jay. We have one daughter who has just turned 30.

I was diagnosed at 17 and I’m now nearly 52. I’ve always been very positive in life and my mantra was always  Life is what you make it! 

These days because FA is so difficult and challenging I’m not as positive as I was and I have changed my mantra to I get up everyday and just do my best whatever that looks like
