Hello, I am writing from Providence, RI. I am very interested in keeping up to date with information about treatments and possible cures for FA that are currently under research. I have a close and dear cousin who is 32 years old and has 3 little children. She was diagnosed with FA recently but her condition is progressing rapidly and I am looking everywhere for anything I could use to help her and guide her with this. My aunt, her mother passed away a few years ago from this condition. She lives outside of the USA (Bani, Dominican Republic), they live in very very poor condition there, I constantly help them with what I can but there are little resources over there. Is your company taking volunteer individuals to be in trial? She would be willing to test any test drugs that are under research now if possible (maybe RTA 408- Omaveloxolone). Please share some guidance with me or anything you think may help us guide my cousin with this condition. Please. Thank you so much for all the work you are all doing to find a cure!
