• What supplements do you take for FA?

    If you’re comfortable sharing, what supplements are part of your daily routine for managing FA? Whether it’s antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, or something else, we’d love to hear:

      A lot. I like using supplements to support my goals, but I probably invest too much.

      The main ones I have is vitamin D, cacao powder, greens, a ‘pump’ pre workout, creatine, some others.

      Usually when there’s clinical evidence I’ll try something.

      I do think it’s help. I’m still improving in certain areas and doing what I want (University, DJing, exercising)
