      I’ve found in the past that I’m not really a resolutions person. I tend to stick to them for a couple of weeks at best before I give up. This year, I do want to set some goals to help me ease back into some healthier habits. Nothing that is too strenuous, but instead some small steps I can take to get me back on the right path. Sometimes as caregivers, all of our focus is on taking care of others, so we tend to neglect ourselves. A few of my goals are to read 2 books a month, spend less time on social media, and get more active. Do you have any new year’s resolutions or goals you hope to attain?
