Where I live in Philly, they weather drastically changed by dropping at least 20 degrees (now in the 40s), completely skipping the fall weather. I am mentally and physically not prepared for the winter. The winter is getting harder to bear with FA. How do you handle the seasons changing?

Living in southern California seems like it’s always Sunny but the weather’s weird out here. It’s hot when the 🌞 out and cold at nught. The air quality has been ass because of 🔥. My body doesn’t really handle season change because it’s never stable. I do my best to schedule for the day as I’m in it.
