Personally, I live in Southern California so I fortunately do not experience extreme cold. However, with an understanding that a lot of people on this forum live in places where it snows frequently, I have the upmost respect for you.

Even though the amount of cold I experience is not nearly as cold as some of you experience, I still have days where my knees and rotator cuff‘s don’t work because of how cold it is in the morning.

If feels like they are stuck together. One of the best remedies I found for this was just immediately hopping into a hot shower. It helps me wake up as well as ease some discomfort with them my joints.

What are some things you do to help cope with the cold and your joints not hurting?
