My son has FA. He is 41 and I am 63. It is just the 2 of us with no family nearby. My age and health & health make simple things to help him with are near impossible for me and very stressful for him to see me struggle to help him. We both deal with guilt. Me for not being able to do more for him, and he feels guilty when he sees my pain bending and lifting on him. I’m hoping to gain some insight and support from this forum. Thank you.
