  Where to get genetic testing done?

  Hi! I’ve been wanting to get my boyfriend tested for the FA gene before we get engaged for future family planning. I think it would give me peace of mind knowing whether he’s a carrier before we make those decisions.

  Has anyone had their significant other genetically tested for FA? If so, what was the process like? Did you go through a genetic counselor, specialist, or another route? Would love to hear your experiences!
