When FA symptoms make me feel overwhelmed, one of the best ways to help relax and unwind my mind and body is to listen to music. Listening to music puts me in a space where I can rest and refocus.

Recently, I have been loving the new album, The Great Divide by Noah Kahan

How about you? When you listen to music, what feelings does it give you? What are you currently listening to? What music helps you cope with the realities of FA?

I have a playlist called ‘vibes’ that I listen to. It’s a lot of up-beat groovy music. Some of the songs include Latch, We are The People, Everybody Talks, One of These Nights, Be Like a Woman, and Electric Love.
