What is your average meal for dinner?
When it comes to eating and planning out meals, I have personally found it can be difficult to keep up with a healthy regiment. A lot of times it is easier to call in some food and get a takeout.
I have been making it a point to cut down on my GrubHub needs, especially for dinner and I have been meal prepping. I mostly have some type of chickpea pasta and veggies.
What do you usually do for dinner? Do you cook or do you typically order in? What do you normally eat? What does a usual dinner plate look like for you?

My husband and I love Hello Fresh. We pick two meals from there and then make two to three other meals. Hello Fresh makes things easier because the ingredients and meals are portion-controled, so we feel better eating it.
