With an understanding of how our physicality plays the biggest part in why we are not able to do or perform certain tasks, I want to know what gets you motivated.

It’s one thing with our bodies not being able to do certain things but I also understand the mental part. How important motivation is.

What are some things that get you motivated or even thinking about making a change?

For me, it has a lot to do with the algorithm I am exposed to. Seeing those cheesy Instagram posts, repeatedly, has a way of embedding those messages in my brain. I’ve noticed over the past year how crucial it is for me to see those messages, daily.

Another thing that keeps me extremely motivated is the messages I receive from other FA patients or those dealing with a disability. I love when people reach out and tell me they got inspired by watching one of my videos so they ended up working out themselves.

What are some things that motivate you?
