Getting my heart rate up during a workout helps relieve so much stress. When I’m having a bad FA day or feeling frustrated, I like to take that stress out on the treadmill. Exercise releases endorphins, which can really help reduce stress and improve mood. I also love getting outside in the sun—it may sound simple, but it’s very relaxing, and there’s actually science behind vitamin D having a calming effect on the body.

I also love going on the treadmill or pushing the “sled” while at the gym! Both are great cardio exercises to get the heart rate up!
