Tips for the kitchen
Cooking is a difficult task but I really enjoy doing it. Always have. Standing for long periods of time is exhausting on my knees. They absolutely don’t bend when they should.
I’ve learned to sit down when I have to chop things to conserve some of my energy. I take breaks when doing dishes because it can wreak havoc on my knees too.
Do you have any adaptations for the kitchen? What are some things you do to make it easier?
