The Mystery of Sweat
Posted by Matthew Lafleur on July 3, 2019 at 8:00 amHere’s a weird confession: I barely sweat.
I still DO; I’m not sweat-free, but I perspire a lot less than others.
Is this because of FA? Or is it just my biology? Do other people with FA sweat a good amount?

I swear A LOT! When I work out…I drip.
I think sweating is unique to each person.

LOL I can see you griping and cursing when you work out.

Usually don’t when im just sitting around but the minute I do something kind of strenuous I start pouring sweat.

If you’re not sweating, you might be too comfortable. Comfort is nice, but it’s a slippery slope towards weakness.

I don’t sweat working out, but do when I fall over and have to crawl to the other room. It’s annoying because I feel like I’m not having a proper workout. But my co-ordination stops me going any quicker. Maybe I need to fall over more often!!

Actually, in my opinion, falling over and moving from point A to point B is EXACTLY what physical training’s base should be. Repeat it 10-20 times. BOOM. Workout done. And it’s completely practical.
