    Swimming with FA

    Over the weekend, I went swimming in the pool at my parents house. It was so hard for me to swim and tread water without a floating device. I couldn’t even go under water without any difficulty.

    Does anyone else experience this? What sort of tips or exercises so you use to swim more easily?
