    A research study has shown that people with Friedrich’s ataxia have generalized abnormalities in both the right and left ventricles of the heart. Read more about this study and its findings here.

    This development didn’t shock me doctors told me to eat right and exercise often and should be fine. It hasn’t been easy to do but my heart’s fine.
