      Because we have restrictions on our ability to move, especially our legs and and arms, stretching can be vital in keeping up muscle strength.

      Although you may not feel like you’re working out, for us who have FA, it takes a lot more energy and effort to get into a stretching position. Therefore it becomes a work out to us.

      Do you stretch regularly? Do you have certain movements that you do every day? If not, would you want to try and implement that with your everyday?
