  • Pushing Yourself with Extra Exercise

    Sometimes I like to get out of my apartment and walk around the block or two and collect my own thoughts. I also like keep my legs moving as much as possible,  even if I am tired.

    Does anyone else push themselves like this to remain active as possible?

    A year ago I was in good condition to push myself. Now that’s not the case but I’m still as active as I can be.

      My workout routine hasent really changed its just that I can’t push myself like before. I roll around my block to work on stamina and get my heart working. My standing frame helps keep keep my legs as strong as they can be.
