I used to go, but now I have a at-home exercise program since my therapist thought I am capable to instruct myself and because it was getting expensive! However I love PT because it’s something I feel I still have control over.

I took a break from PT because I was told I could do the things I do in PT at home. They we’re getting busy. (S/O to all PT’s!) It was beneficial and am looking forward to go back next year.
