New Season – Fall
With September 1st here, is anyone else ready for this summer season to be over?
For me, the heat worsens my FA symptoms. I become more tired and feel “uncomfortable in my own skin” with the humidity.
Who else is excited for cooler temperatures?

I live in Manchester, England, UK so our summer’s are short lived and I find the heat is manageable. We’ve definitely moved into autumn now. I used to hate the cold because I’d feel it more especially in my legs and feet due to poor circulation.
Now I’m menopausal and I get quite hot all the time!-

I love the fall! Although in Alabama, it can take a while to show up 😂
