  • Mental health during lock down

    No matter your stance on what’s going on with lockdowns, one thing that we cannot hide from is the increase in suicides, alcoholism, drug use, overdose and peoples inability to attend regular therapy sessions.

    Not being able to socialize with others or even go to a normal place of business is taking it’s toll on the human population.

    How are you doing in coping with your mental health? Do you feels like being on lockdown has influenced your overall state of being?

    Personally, it was extremely easy for me to adapt to lock down because my life didn’t change much. But I also figured out that the couple places I did go were extremely important and help to build my social skills as well as address my need for human contact. Lock down has definitely played a part in decreasing my mental health.
