• Making Plans

    Making plans with people sometimes makes me anxious. I get anxiety because I need to know if I can get enough rest before the actual outing to manage fatigue, know if my energy levels can handle the event and it the place where I am going is handicap accessible. There’s alot of time and dedication required.

    Does anyone else get this feeling? If so, how do you deal with the stresses of making plans?
