  Locking knees or hyperextended knees

  For those of you who still have the ability to walk, how is your overall knee health?

  I use a walker and I am upright most of the time. Any of the pain experience comes from my knees being hyperextended or locked out most of the time. What are some ways that you address this issue? Do you have any hacks or tips for others who experience knee pain?
