Letting out frustration and coping mechanisms
I think we’ve all been there. Gotten so mad at a situation that you want to just scream? Well my question is, do you scream? Or go to the gym? Go to your room or somewhere outside? What do you do when you get frustrated.
My favorite thing to do is drive to the coast and yell. Most of the time I am talking to myself on the way like a mad woman but it helps every time! What do you do?
