How do you deal with weather change?
For me, I am happy that the summer is winding down and it starts to be cool, fall weather. I do not do well in the hot and humid weather that Philadelphia has during the summer. How do you handle weather change and what is your favorite season?

My favorite season is fall and here in So Cal it’s warm during the day and cool at night. My routine changes rarely only when I’m sick.
