Pets can be such a source of comfort, routine, and joy. But with FA, it can be challenging to physically take care of them.

Still, for a lot of us, the love and companionship can make it all feel worth it!

Last week, my husband was away travelling for work, and I was alone with our dog Max. My in-laws helped me daily with feeding him and taking him on walks to relieve physical demands.

Do you have any pets right now? Does the emotional support outweigh the physical energy it takes to care for them? What helps you manage things like feeding, cleaning, grooming, or getting them outside?

I have a shih-tzu named Bear and he goes to my grandmas we switch off taking care of him every two weeks. We call it joint custody of Bear. It helps a lot!

That’s great that Bear can get all the attention and love!
