Do you have any summer plans?
Summer is here and off to a great start! It is a wonderful time for a variety of fun activities with friends and loved ones.
Summer is also the start of a new season, which means new beginnings.
Do you have any goals or plans set for things you want to accomplish this summer? What do you still hope to do?

My family just got a lake house so I plan on being there every weekend. I am also in the process of house hunting so hopefully I find the one I want soon and moving isn’t too stressful.

How has the house hunting process going? I felt like we were on a time crunch for ours because we sold our first home then had to find the perfect home with all of our accessible wants and needs quickly.

The house hunting process is fun—I love looking at houses! I found a neighborhood that I absolutely love, and my best friend lives there, so I would love to purchase a house in that area. The hard part is that many of the homes were built in the ’70s, and about half of them have a sunken floor plan where you step down into the living room and up into the kitchen, which isn’t very practical with FA progression. Some of the houses also have steep driveways, and I’d really prefer a flat one. So, I check Zillow every day, just waiting for my perfect house to pop up. I’m in no rush, though, so I’m sure it will all work out!

Lake house sounds like a lot of fun. I want to go down to Florida but we will see.
