      Relationships are difficult. And breakups are even more difficult to deal with. Sometimes they can be life changing and some people have healthy coping mechanisms.

      I’ve been in plenty of situations with breakups and I’m all over the place. I always obsess on something afterwards. For example, working out is always my obsession.

      Does anyone else do this? Have you experienced this behavior afterwards? How do you handle a breakup?
