Chores around the house
With complete understanding that everyone is dealing with different levels of progression and some people require more help than others, I just want to know what you do around the house, if you can. I live independently and do most of the upkeep for my home. But I am always looking for ways to make it easier. One hack I have leaned is to vacuum sitting down. Either on the couch or from my wheelchair. What are some things you have learned?

For me I don’t really have chores but I love helping my Mom out washing the dishes or vacuuming or wiping the table. What I do make sure of doing is clean my room.
