This week, I discussed how I preferr to be in isolation. Most of my time, I am by myself and at home. I don’t enjoy going out as much and have realized how essential isolation is to recharging my batteries and accomplishing goals that I have for myself.

How do you feel about isolation? Is it something you prefer? Are you an introvert or extrovert?

Isolation is good for everyone I think. This artist I listen to has a song and one of the lyrics goes: “the real you is not defined by the size of your office, the real you is who are when there’s nobody watching”. -NF.
When your by yourself you can figure out who you are and not let others define for you. I enjoy being isolated but I need friends lol. Being diagnosed at 14 I became an introvert and now I’m trying to get out more and enjoy life no matter the obstacles.
