Article: Advice I would give someone newly diagnosed
I think the majority of us can remember where we were and what we were doing at the time we were diagnosed. The emotions we felt and how isolating it can feel.
I took part in a social media challenge during the month of September to help raise awareness for ataxia. It ended up meaning a lot more to my growth as a person and caused me to do a lot more internal reflection. Check out my article and what I would say to those who have been newly diagnosed.

Never stop believing in a cure! With all the advancements in medicine, there is bound to be a fix. Best to remain strongest as possible when the day comes along.
