A Child Shall Lead Them
We often think that children have a lot to learn, and while that’s mostly true, I have also found that we can learn a lot from them.
The holiday season is full of so many lights and wonderful smells, but many times, we have seen or smelled it before, and we lose our sense of awe and excitement.
If you watch children, they want to experience it all! To touch and to taste and to just be amazed at the beauty all around.
This year if you get a chance, I challenge you to stop and savor. Look a little longer, chew a little slower, and breathe in your favorite scents. There is a joy to be found all around if we let ourselves slow down long enough to find it!
